Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Return Methods:

To start a return, please open a support ticket through your Jump PTT account or contact us at 888-477-1155.

Refund Details:

  • Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. For orders that include our free PoC radios, the restocking fee will be deducted from the first and last month's LTE service fees for each returned radio. Please note, shipping, handling, and setup fees are non-refundable.

Defective Products:

If your product is defective, please submit clear photos and videos showing the defects. Once Jump PTT verifies the issue, you may return the item for a replacement or a full refund. Note that buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, while Jump PTT will cover the shipping costs for sending out a replacement. Refunds or replacements will be issued only after we receive the complete original package back, and provided that the product has not been damaged by any man-made factors.

Processing Time:

Allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund after receiving the returned product.
